And really, there is so much more in this world I should be excited about than the fact that my ankles look thinner today.
Positives:
- I exercised Tuesday & Wednesday. Haven't exercised yet today but I probably will run tonight at some point.
- Am planning on boot camping tomorrow.
Negatives:
- Didn't like my "diet" lunch at all. Healthy food delivery isn't always what it's cracked up to be. Actually it was kind of gross. Roast in vinaigrette with enough tarragon on to to cancel out my taste buds for the rest of the weekend. Which might be a good thing, actually, because then I won't eat so much on the 4th.
